Vintages Wine Panel: This organic wine is comprised of Cabernet Sauvignon (81%) and Petit Verdot (19%) and contains just 6 mg/L of free sulfur. A towering wine with bring-it-on aromas of black cherry and raspberry, anise, pepper, dark spices and espresso. A judicious amount of vanillin oak underneath gives it a firm support structure. Lots to enjoy here.

Cabernet Sauvignon Petit Verdot food pairings: lasagna, barbecued ribs, bison steak, roast beef, mature cheeses.
