OTHER: The Wairau Valley, where the fruit for this was sourced, is home to amazingly diverse mesoclimates that offer everything from cooler, drier, stony inland sites to early-ripening, ocean-moderated coastal sites. This diversity translates into complex, exciting wines of great intensity and purity of fruit. The 2015 Te Pa is crisp, with sharp, youthful peach and lemon fruit flavours, pure mineral tones and a delicate, precise mouthfeel. Very nice. (VINTAGES panel, Aug. 2015). Aromatic & Flavourful. ? There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
