Harvested on February 5, 2023, this Icewine reflects the remarkable depth and intensity gained from extended hang time. Luxuriously textured yet impeccably balanced, its natural sweetness is beautifully offset by vibrant acidity, keeping the palate fresh and lively. Enticing floral aromas lead into layered notes of golden honey, ripe apricot, and tropical pineapple. Savour it on its own or enjoy with crème brûlée or a buttery almond tart.

Riesling Icewine food pairings: amaretto cookies, strawberry custard tarts, raspberry baked Alaska.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
