Intense with fresh, bright red apple, petrol, mineral and smoky aromas on the nose. Quite different on the palate. Off-dry with bright lime citrus, ripe red apple, stone-fruit, liquid lemon and flinty mineral flavours with a mouth-watering finish. Lovely and complex.

Riesling food pairings: roast chicken, shrimp tempura, grilled salmon.

Reviews and Ratings

From the Twenty Mile Bench, Niagara Escarpment wine region, Tawse Limestone Ridge North 2017 Riesling is an off-dry Riesling produced from organically and biodynamically farmed wine grapes and estate-bottled. Look for mouth-watering apple crunch, fresh peach, lime-lemon zest and flinty flavours on the palate. Pair with seared, smoked scallops. - Community Wine Reviews
