Founder Moray Tawse purchased his first Niagara vineyard in 2001 after falling in love with Burgundy, and the estate has since been named Canadian Winery of the Year four times, farming over 200 acres of certified organic vineyards. This medium-dry Growers Blend Riesling is clean and classic with ripe green and yellow apple, fresh pear, and citrus blossom on the nose, opening to a silky, vibrant palate of lemon curd, a touch of honey, and a long refreshing finish with racy acidity. Drink it now through 2027 with baby greens salad, pork tenderloin, turkey breast, or foie gras.

Riesling food pairings: baby greens salad, pork tenderloin, turkey breast, foie gras.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
