From Secret Indulgence, Tarot 2018 is a supple, medium-plus-bodied red blend of 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petit Verdot with the balance in Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Lovely on the nose with ripe red berry, cherry, dark plum, cassis dried herbs, chocolate and toasty oak spice flavours silky on the palate. Tannins are fine-grained. Enjoy with striploin steaks from the grill.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: slow-braised lamb shanks, venison stew, pork roast.

Reviews and Ratings

Secret Indulgence, Tarot 2018 is a supple, medium-plus-bodied red blend of 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petit Verdot with the balance in Merlot and Cabernet Franc. In a case of a dozen wines, each label shows a different character from the Tarot. Very pretty, as is the wine with rich aromas and flavours of brambleberry, cherry, dark plum, cassis and subtle spices smooth and velvety on the palate. Drink or hold. - Community Wine Reviews
