Bright and juicy aromas on the nose of pink florals and ripe berry fruit, zesty and creamy with ripe strawberry, rhubarb, brioche, spicy and citrus zesty long on the finish. Pair with poached salmon, herbed quiche or eggs Benny. Tarlant uses some oak during the first fermentation of the cuvée.
