It is off-dry, light-to-medium-bodied, and refreshingly low in alcohol at just 12.5%, with a captivating nose of freesia, wattle blossom, ripe mirabelle plum, and a cool streak of lime cordial that gives the wine a pristine, almost ethereal aromatic purity. The palate is bright and zesty with a juicy, mouth-coating acidity, a gentle mid-palate creaminess that opens up its considerable food-matching versatility, and a clean, refreshing finish with a tangy citrus snap that lingers invitingly.
