Incredibly vibrant with herbal, lime and freshly cut grass aromas. Very refreshing. Wonderful quaffer. The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit flavour. Great value. Pair with fresh seafood and salads.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: pasta, shellfish, Caesar salad, corned beef and cabbage, turkey pot pie.

Reviews and Ratings

This South African Sauvignon Blanc shows its roots in the cool climate of the Elgin region. Finishes with a whiff of ocean spray and terrific minerality. Try it with fresh oysters. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes for this vibrant South African white wine are sourced from the Thelema Mountains Vineyards. Lots acidity and freshness. - Community Wine Reviews
