Superb! Strawberry rhubarb aromas with a gorgeous depth and complexity. This wine is a blend of cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon and syrah. Lovely long finish. What a treat!

Food pairings: strawberry-rhubarb pie and vanilla ice cream.

Lovely, appetizing aromas of wild strawberry jam, ripe raspberry and a hint of red pepper jelly. Sweet and mouthfilling yet delightfully lithe, with lifted tangy and savoury flavours adding to the allure. Complex, balanced and beautiful Icewine with a long finish. Chill and sip for a sweet treat this Valentine’s Day. Source: Vintages Wine Panel, Nov. 2012
