A big, blockbuster Niagara Cabernet Franc with noticeable tannins. Give this baby 2 more years in the cellar at least to smooth out. Aromas of blackberry and toast. Pair with a rare steak. Decant 1-2 hours.

L.J. Palmer rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Taste of Ontario 2019 @ Ottawa: Medium ruby colour, medium high acidity with lower tannin, dry and medium bodied. This wine was aged in French oak for 500 days, twenty percent of the wood was new. Aromas and tastes of green pepper, wet stone, strawberry and small red fruits.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
