This Charmat-method sparkler, a blend of 82% Chardonnay from Lincoln Lakeshore and 18% Riesling from Four Mile Creek, boasts depth and finesse. Aged six months on its lees, it opens with delicate brioche and toasty warmth, leading into crisp apple, juicy pear, and zesty citrus. The effervescence is lively yet refined, carrying notes of quince, bergamot, and a whisper of wet-stone minerality. A subtle baked-bread undertone rounds out the bright, clean finish, leaving just a touch of sweetness for balance. This is great for a charcuterie plate or creamy cheeses.

Sparkling food pairings: charcuterie plate, creamy cheeses, sashimi, vegetarian quiche.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
