A full-bodied white with generous notes of toasty oak and butterscotch. There spice, smoke and vanilla on the finish. Good acidity for food with some green apple aromas.
Chardonnay food pairings: lobster in butter, grilled cheese.

One of my favourites canadian chardonnays. Very rich, full bodied wine. Nice clear, medium golden colour. Clean nose with pronounced oak flavours, apple, vanilla. Dry wine with medium acidity and with pronounced toasty notes, some vanilla, ripe peach and hazelnut. This wine won quite a few awards including gold medals in Canadian wine challenges and definitely a great example of cool climate chardonnay. Highly recommend.
|An impressive French-oaked aged Chardonnay, showing classic vanilla, spice & hazelnut with a refreshing acidity for solid aging potential. These Rich, intense flavours, are well balanced and leave a lovely & lingering tropical fruit finish.|
