Terrific balance and richness in this Chardonnay! Great buttery, hazelnut depth with a lovely counterpoint of green apple acidity and a great finish. This would be divine for a girls night in and/or movie night with buttered popcorn. Top me up!

Chardonnay food pairings: basil pesto, prawn bisque, cheese fondue, chicken breast.

Light straw-green; pleasant, well-made, mainstream Yarra Valley chardonnay, with good length to its stone fruit/grapefruit flavours and subtle oak. Score: 90. Source: James Halliday, winecompanion.com.au, Aug. 11, 2011

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
