Produced by Castillo Perelada, Stars 2016 is a Brut Nature Reserva made in the traditional method from Parellada, Xarel-lo and Macabeu wine grapes. Floral with mineral, bright apple flavours with a persistent, palate cleansing mousse. Great balance and acidity. Chill and enjoy. - Community Wine Reviews
