Purple and black plum aromas with some blueberry compote on the side. Full-bodied, heart warming and layered on the palate. Very comforting finish. Meat lovers' pizza please! Terrific balance and structure in this Sonoma cabernet. Dark fruit and vanilla spice on the finish. Try it with roast beef. Signature California Cabernet. Highly recommended.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: meat stews, pork tenderloin, grilled chicken, prime rib, pizza.

Bill rated this wine as 88/100
Pair this big red with mushroom burgers or beef bourguignon. Love the mixed spices on the nose, and a black fruit finish. - Community Wine Reviews
