Mocha, ripe almost sweet black fruit and tar. Decant 2 hours. Lots of tannin, dark plum flavours and smoke. Black fruit, mocha from oak aging. Finishes with black smoke and anise.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: baseball steak with sautéed mushrooms on wilted greens, selection of prosciutto and breasola meats, bacon onion and potato omelet.

What a towering blockbuster of a red wine! Needs cellar time, then decant 2 hours. This is a red wine blend of 81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot grapes. - Community Wine Review

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
