Grassy-good refreshment and herbal aromas with the distant sound of lawnmowers on the finish. Ah, summer's here and the sippin is easy. Medium-bodied with lots of mouth-watering acidity. Perfect for salads and vegetarian dishes. Finishes with notes of gooseberry, passionfruit and citrus. A backyard party favourite: perfect for watching the kids run through the sprinkler.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: green salads, eggplant-garlic dips, cheese, shellfish, corned beef and cabbage.

Lots of grass, and herbal notes here on this New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate, loads of acidity with green pepper flavours and grapefruit. - Community Wine Reviews
