From the Toro wine region, Teso De La Monja Almirez 2016 is a bright and beautiful 100% Tinta de Toro; dry, full-bodied and juicy with dark berry, smoked meat, savoury herb flavours silky smooth on the palate and ending on a flinty note. The finished wine aged 14 months in French oak barrels (30% new). Drink or hold.

Food pairings: Porchetta, steaks from the grill, bison burgers.
