This generously complex wine showcases white peach, pink grapefruit, Meyer lemon aromas leading to delightful flavours of grilled almonds, lychee and finger lime, all punctuated by a slaty, mineral- driven acidity. The wine is tight and racy with fine Oak tannins to support this powerfully structured Chardonnay. A wine which will reward careful cellaring. (International Cool Climate Wine Show,2024) MINE: Lychee and lime zest aromas meet vanilla bean and roasted hazelnut on a rich, layered palate. Powerful yet precise, with elegant structure and a long, nutty finish. Try it with lobster thermidor or roasted chicken with hazelnut stuffing. NEW: Sidewood farms in the Adelaide Hills, a cool, high-altitude pocket of South Australia well suited to Chardonnay. White nectarine and a touch of honeydew open the glass, a creamy texture underneath. Rich and structured, the finish runs long. Pour it with fish and chips or veal chops.

Chardonnay food pairings: fish and chips, roast chicken, veal chops.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
