Seven Falls Cellars 2020 Merlot is a dry, full-bodied and plummy Merlot with dark cherry, chocolate, vanilla, anise, cinnamon and cedar brush spice with balanced acidity and creamy tannins. Lovely now, try it with an equally elegant and juicy roast of pork. The Merlot grapes for this vintage were sourced from the Wahluke Slope, one the warmest, driest regions in Washington's Columbia Valley.

Merlot food pairings: Brazilian-style flank steak, rack of BBQ ribs, veal Porterhouse, grilled lamb, cheese.
