Reviews and Ratings

Roger rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Sequana Vineyards is a joint venture between Pinot genius James MacPhail (MacPhail Family Wines) and the Hess Collection. Hess let’s James do his Pinot thing and the result is a delicious full bodied Pinot Noir with complex flavors of black cherry, smokiness, spice and plum with even a hint of bacon. Get your lips around anything James MacPhail puts in a bottle.
Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

I loved this Pinot Noir with its gorgeous flavors of black cherries, mint and a herbal earthiness. Plums and spice on the palate with cola notes and oak. Well structured, well done Pinot Noir.
Crafted my winemaker James MacPhail, this is a lush, juicy and fruity Pinot Noir with ripe raspberry, cherry, baking and pepper spice flavours on the palate. Tannins are dusty. Enjoy with grilled lamb kebabs tonight.
