Spätburgunder Trocken food pairings: veal scaloppini, duck confit, turkey.

Reviews and Ratings

From the Pfalz wine region, Schneider Jesuitenhof 2018 Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) is bright cherry, raspberry, fine herb and cinnamon, anise spice flavours with a silky, vibrant finish on the palate. Pair with veal chops smothered in a wild mushroom sauce. The Schneider family has been producing wines on the Jesuitenhof site since 1803. The small vineyard is family-owned and is planted in Riesling and Pinot Noir grapes. - Community Wine Reviews
