Peach alive! Great acidity, vibrancy and intensity of flavour yet not heavy. Perfect as an aperitif or companion to clove ham and chutney. OTHER: A classic from a classic producer, this is aromatic and impressive with notes of pear, peach, honey and lime citrus with a nuanced flint character and a lifted floral nose. Zesty and complex with great balance and a long, sweet finish. A traditional style. Wow. (VINTAGES panel, Aug. 2016).
