Santa Alicia Gran Reserva De Los Andes is a medium-bodied, dry Cabernet Sauvignon from Maipo Valley, Chile, with a firm weight and smooth, structured profile, best served at room temperature. Winemaker Santa Alicia blends grapes from the Pirque region and ages the wine 12 months in French oak, revealing mulberry preserve, damson, eucalyptus, dark cocoa, and subtle toasted oak with ripe, firm tannins and balanced acidity. At 14% alcohol, it has moderate aging potential through 2027, maintaining freshness while developing subtle complexity. Pair it with back ribs to highlight its dark fruit and spice, or gourmet pizza topped with steak strips to complement its savoury, layered character. The Ammonite on the label references the fossils found in the Andes Mountains, connecting the wine to its unique terroir.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: back ribs, gourmet pizza topped with steak strips.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
