Soft and round French white wine with great minerality and medium acidity. This balanced wine sources grapes from old vines that are hand picked, low yield and dry grown. The 2015 vintage of the Cotes du Roussillon Vieilles Vignes Blanc is a blend of 80% Grenache Blanc and 20% Marsanne grapes grown on Vielles Vignes (old vines) matured in concrete tanks and 10% in new oak barrels. Pair with pork tenderloin.

Food pairings: roast turkey with all the trimmings, tender roast pork.
