Reviews and Ratings

Trevor Sabourin - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A unique and interesting expression of sauvignon blanc from Saint-Bris, the only appellation for the grape in Burgundy. Actually, it is a blend of sauvignon blanc and sauvignon gris (percentages unknown), though sauvignon gris is really just a pink-skinned mutation of sauvignon blanc. It is quite developed at this point and offers aromas of green apple, lime, grapefruit, dried apricot and pineapple, some biscuity, leesy, and lactic notes, dusty, stony minerality, vague herbal notes (basil and mint?), hay, and almond. The palate is still offering a vibrant blast of sour green apple and citrus right at the start, with the other aromas repeating after. The finish is quite long, with lots of minerality and biscuity, leesy notes. Drink now before it loses its fruit. Tasted July 2017.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
