Rymill 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon is a Coonawarra Classic Cab with toasty oak spice flavours up front, dark chocolate, blackberry, dried wild herbs and olive notes vibrant on the palate. Tannins are firm and grippy. Aged 20 months in French oak barrels (33% new). A great cellaring candidate for three to five years.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: roast beef dinner, duck confit, roast leg of lamb.
