Savoury and juicy with Old World classic structure but uniquely South African fruit. Lovely craftsmanship. This full-bodied South African red wine is mostly Cabernet Sauvignon (48%) with some Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec. Great dinner party wine. Balanced oak treatment of 40% new French barrels for 20 months. Try it with grilled pork chops.

Food pairings: pizza, lamb, veal cutlets, beef, pork.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
