Rosewood Shoulders of Giants is a medium-bodied, dry Cabernet Franc from the Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, with a sleek weight and elegant profile, best served at room temperature. Winemaker Rosewood sources grapes from old vines in the Renaceau Vineyard, whole-cluster ferments with ambient yeast, and ages the wine 30 months in French oak, producing dark fruit and smoked herb flavours with a polished, layered palate. At 10% alcohol, it has moderate aging potential through 2028, developing further subtlety while remaining fresh. Pair it with bison burgers to highlight its earthy, dark fruit character, or lamb kebabs to complement its smoky herbal notes.
