A lovely, balanced chardonnay at a great price. Just enough oak to balance the ripe tree fruit, especially pear and green apple. This style of chardonnay pairs well with dishes such as roast chicken and lobster in melted butter. A consistently good producer year after year.

Chardonnay food pairings: basil pesto, prawn bisque, chicken, vegetable lasagna, turkey.
