The Cabernet Sauvignon wine grapes for this vintage were sourced from three warmer-climate wine districts with the final blend matured for up to 15 months in French oak barrels. Rich with dark plum, black currant, savoury herb and toasty oak spice flavours on the palate. Tannins are mildly grippy and there is fresh acidity on this medium-plus-bodied Cab Sauv. for food. Pair with grilled red meats.
