A medium-plus-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from Wilyabrup, Carbunup and Cowaramup districts in South-Western Australia. Rich with ripe dark plum, black fruit, lush on the palate. Enough heft and juicy acidity for an equally juicy grilled steak. Tannins are smooth.

The Cab Sauv. wine grapes for this vintage are sourced from three warmer-climate wine districts and the blended wine is matured for up to 15 months in French oak.
