Lovely rich texture with green apple, white peach and butter notes. Full-bodied but not heavy. Terrific balance with panache.

Reviews and Ratings

Amrita Roy reviewed this wine as follows:

Nose - some oak, some caramel / butterscotch, apples and honey?
Palate - medium bodied, oak, butterscotch, not creamy enough for me? Sweet aftertaste. Overall - it's a nice wine to drink with food, but on its own I don't find it to be complex enough? I would prefer a bigger chardonnay, or a more refined one, but this is underwhelming to me.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
