Always pretty with lovely honeysuckle and apple blossom notes on this lightly effervescent, medium sweet wine. Perfect for glazed ham, hot curries and spices or as a light after-dinner drink that's low in alcohol. Try it with crème brûlée.

Moscato D'asti food pairings: fruit salad, crème brûlée, fresh fruit.

Reviews and Ratings

Rebecca Meir-Liebman - Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

With notes of apple, honey, poached peach, apricot; floral essence and a candy-like aftertaste, this is a fruity, easy-going wine with a delicious, simple medium-sweetness. An authentic Moscato, it’s perfect for a casual summer gathering, and a very good value for the price. Pair it well with spicy dishes, fresh salads, charcuterie and cheese.
From the Piedmont wine region, Ricossa Antica Casa 2017 is a well-priced Italy Moscato D'asti with honeysuckle, white florals and soft citrus flavours on the palate. The light sparkler is low in alcohol, medium sweet with a refreshing acidity food and perfect for curries, spicy Thai food or spicy tuna rolls. - Community Wine Reviews
