Résonance 2019 Pinot Noir is an elegant and silky 100% PN from the Willamette Valley wine region in Oregon. Fresh on the nose with pink florals and ripe raspberry aromas, it is dry, medium-bodied and vibrant on the palate with bright red berry, ripe raspberry, cold black tea and flinty mineral notes framed with fine and silky tannins. Very nice, drink it to the end of the decade.

Pinot Noir food pairings: roast quail, mushroom and leek risotto, grilled lamb ribs, lamb chops, veal Masala, roast chicken, duck confit.
