Reviews and Ratings

Stephen Andrews reviewed this wine as follows:

Tasted March 11th, 2018. Colour ruby red. Legs medium. Aromas and flavours of cherry, raspberry and spice. Taste dry, medium mouthfeel, mouthwatering minus, soft tannin, fruity finish. Easy to drink. Nice entry level Pinot Noir of good value. We drank it for lunch with pan fried Mahi Mahi, in a butter lemon, garlic and basil sauce.
Redhawk's Grateful Red (2015) Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley, Oregon is a well-priced PN with a violet, dark cherry nose and dark cherry, ripe red berries and cocoa flavours on the palate. Pair with a sautéed pork tenderloin in wild mushroom red wine sauce. - Community Wine Reviews

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
