A robust and delicious Cabernet Franc with aromas of dark berries, smoke, graphite and dark florals. The 2015 vintage of Qed Axiom of Choice is concentrated, deep, rich and long on the finish. Pair with grilled lamb.

Cabernet Franc food pairings: roast pork, veal Porterhouse steak, grilled beef tenderloin.

Reviews and Ratings

Qed Axiom Of Choice 2015 is produced from 100% Cabernet Franc from Rasa Vineyards. Bright ruby in the glass with floral and ripe raspberry and pepper spice aromas on the nose. This is a medium-bodied and elegant Cabernet Franc with ripe raspberry, red berry, pink floral, pencil lead and spicy pepper flavours on the palate. Shows great promise. Enjoy now and for the next 10 years. Pair with a roast breast of veal. - Community Wine Reviews

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
