Prunotto 2018 Barolo is so fresh on the nose with ripe strawberry, pink florals, dried tobacco leaf aromas and is spicy, savoury with food-friendly acidity on the palate. Tannins are fine-grained and pleasantly chewy. Pour with roast goose or duck.

Barolo food pairings: tourtiere, game burgers and sausages, slow-braised beef ribs.
