Reviews and Ratings

Dan Trcka Wine Blogger rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

The 2013 Val D'oca Prosecco Brut Superiore has attractive notes of melon, lemon, yellow apple and pear. It is a medium bodied, dry, fruity wine; with fine effervescence, good acidity and a cleansing finish of medium length. This refreshing wine should be enjoyed at toasts or can complement cheese platters; drink now to 2018 (screw cap enclosure). My impression: NICE, 88-89 pts – recommended for its quality and value. Tasted in Apr/14.

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Clean, crisp pale lemon-green with medium persistent bubbles. Dry and medium body with youthful aromas of peach, lime, lemon, green grapes, floral, tangerine.
The refreshing acidity carries flavours of candied lemon, apricot, pear, anise, bread wrapped in a delicate mousse.
Medium length with a zesty finish.
Not overly complex but satisfyingly simple.
Enjoy as an aperitif or with Italian cured meats and cheeses.
DRink now. Serve well chilled.
Tasted: May 2014

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
