Reviews and Ratings

A briny, floral, zesty Italian white wine that's light-bodied and perfect for shellfish or seafood. MINE: Greco Di Tufo Campania, Ponte Pellegrino (2015) is made from the Greco di Tufo grape. A grape variety thought to be the ancestor of the Greco vine that may have been brought to southern Italy more than 2,500 years ago by Greek settlers. In any case, it is an excellent grape and wine to go with seafood or summertime sipping on the patio. OTHER: Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review: Alluring floral (musky) honey, pear and apple aromas meet intense mineral (chalky) and toasted almond notes on the palate. This is a mineral rich light-bodied white from Campagna Italy showing deep expressions of terroir. Enjoy with shrimp cocktail. Tasted Jan 2017 - @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca. OTHER: Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review: Very light melon aromatics with a touch of banana and a very fruity palate. Try with smoked trout salad. Tasted Jan. 2017. OTHER: Greco di Tufo is the signature white grape variety of Campania, noted for its mineral quality. This one has lovely stone fruit, apricot, ripe pear and citrus atop that classic mineral foundation. Zesty, crisp and fragrant with a gorgeous texture. Try this with calamari. Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
