You must give this tannic Italian red wine cellar time: you'll be well-rewarded if you do. This is a turbo-charged, black rocket of a wine. Violets, tar and black fruit await your curious senses. Decant 3 hours.

Barolo food pairings: roast beef, roast veal, hamburgers, venison.

Poderi Colla Dardi Le Rose Bussia (2011) is a big and robust Barolo from the Piedmont wine region. Produced by Bussia Dardi Le Rose give this tightly wound and tannic Barolo some cellar time -- another 10 years. If you must try, decant for three hours prior to serving and you will be treated to violets, tar and charry black fruit matched by terrific acidity. - Community Wine Reviews

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
