Savoury, concentrated, deep and delicious with intense black fruit flavours. A vibrant, peppery Australian red wine with a black plum mantle and warming shawl of mouth-filling flavour. The superb 2013 vintage was ideal for ripening Shiraz. The grapes were selected from vineyards such as War Horse, Johnson Prolific, Bellevue and Bulrush. Finishes with vanilla bean and black pepper. Try with a rack of lamb.

Shiraz food pairings: grilled back ribs with a rich sauce, marinated steaks, dark chocolate, lamb.

Reviews and Ratings

Pirramimma's White Label (2014) is a big-bodied and bold Shiraz from South Australia's McLaren Vale wine region. Ripe, juicy black plum, dark cherry, dried fig and cracked black pepper on this warm red (14.7% abv). Made from selected parcels of grapes harvested from 30-year-old vines, this Shiraz is consistent if showing good structure and balance. Pair with rack of lamb.. - Community Wine Reviews
