Rose-petal, spring day pretty! Terrific acidity for grilled salmon. Lovely, fleeting notes of fresh field strawberries.

Holly Bruns rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A floral/herbacious nose of lavendar and oregano is livened up by some sweet fruit: strawberries and cherries. Light and tart on the palate, this wine is great value for a rosè from Provence.
Pretty light-peachy colour in the glass. Opens up with aromas of strawberry custard, apricot, orange zest and garrigue. Dry, crisp, lithe and elegant. The juicy fruit core is enlivened by a cavalcade of herbs and a brilliant backbone of acidity. Tangy finish. A beauty. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
