A gorgeously rich and full-bodied Australian red wine made from Shiraz grapes. Aromas of cracked black pepper, fleshy plum and spice. Full-bodied with juicy, mouth-filling black fruit yet there’s balance and finesse. Pair with grilled meats. Decant 1-2 hours. Highly recommended.

Shiraz food pairings: beef steak, prosciuttos, black bean soup, blue cheese, lamb with rosemary.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
