You simply can't beat the price for this quality. Supple and medium-bodied with aromas and flavours of mocha, dark chocolate and fleshy black plums. A blend of tinta roriz, tinta barroca and syrah grapes. Great party wine.

Regional Blended Red food pairings: steak, brisket.

Just in time for Valentine's Day, add a lil 'Passion' into your life! :)
The color is beautiful, I don't know if it's me, but I adore the color and every velveteen 'swush' the wine made as it circled my glass. It was a pleasant, price point, incredible, but most importantly an all around wine. Its a full body wine, so for devoted drinkers for sure, but at the same time, the soft fruit finish at the palate made it such a nice choice. I think the dark notes of cherry I tasted added the right touch for a dry wine. Portugal did good with this one!

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
