Reviews and Ratings

Rebecca Meir-Liebman - Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pascal Jolivet was founded in 1987 and became quite successful internationally. Well balanced Sauvignon blanc with notes of gooseberry, green apple, red apple, lime minerality and squeezed lemon. Fresh, racy acidity, this medium bodied Sancerre is a great pairing for a variety of appetizers; from fresh light salads to calamari, white fish and scallops. Good for its price.
Pascal Jolivet 2017 is a mouth-watering and dry Sancerre from the Loire. Laser acidity, power and structure on this medium-bodied white. Look for ripe green apple, lemon-lime zest with a touch of flintiness and a mineral finish. Pair with seafood. - Community Wine Reviews
