Reviews and Ratings

Wineboy rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Pleasing purity of juicy, fruity cherries on the nose and palate. Softer acids than many Italian wines, ample tannins. Great length. Grilled lamb or rare well-seasoned steak.
Parusso Piani Noce 2016 is a vibrant D'alba Dolcetto from the Piedmont wine region. The 2016 vintage is an ideal one according to Marco Parusso. Wine grapes are cold soaked before fermentation and later the wine ages on the lees with frequent stirring and micro-oxygenation for wine stability and ageing. Drink now and for the next three years. Pair with grilled chicken breast. - Community Wine Reviews

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
