Pannon Tokaj's Tokaji Aszú is a gloriously sweet five puttonyos Hungarian treasure crafted from noble-rot-affected Furmint and Harslevelu grapes, matured in Hungarian oak barrels followed by additional time in stainless steel tanks, unveiling aromas of dried peach, acacia blossom nectar and toasted spice. The palate delivers luxurious sweetness beautifully tempered by vibrant, mouthwatering acidity that keeps each sip fresh and compelling. Serve it chilled alongside silky chicken liver pâté where the wine's nectarous richness complements the creamy, savoury spread, or pour it with almond tart as its stone fruit notes harmonize with the dessert's nutty sweetness. Winemaker Csaba Lorincz oversees production in the legendary Tokaj region, where the unique microclimate created by the Bodrog and Tisza rivers has produced some of the world's most coveted dessert wines since the 16th century, inspiring Louis XIV to famously declare Tokaji "the wine of kings and the king of wines." This exceptional bottling can be cellared until 2030.

Tokaji Aszú food pairings: foie gras, blue cheeses, fruit flan.
