A solid effort from the 2015 vintage with concentrated, dark intense flavours. Supple with rich layering. Aromas of savoury cedar and fleshy purple and black plums. Like Zinfandel but more savoury. Full-bodied and smooth. Pair with BBQ meats.

Food pairings: leg of lamb, cheese, venison stew, hearty lasagne.

Reviews and Ratings

Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A Spanish beauty red pouring with a mild-moderate nose. Top notes include dried roses, plum, and cherry. A value-priced medium bodied yummy table red wine. Tasted April 2017 by @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
Palacios Remondo La Vendimia (2015) is a full-bodied Spanish red produced from organically grown grapes. The red wine blend for this vintage is 60% Tempranillo and 40% Grenache. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and matured in barrel for some four months. Drink now and for the next three years. - Community Wine Reviews
